This year, the Association of Dealer Compliance Officers (“ADCO”) will be co-hosting our annual Compliance Conference with Ignite Consulting Partners. This collaboration will give us the ability to provide two compliance paths; one for the franchise dealership and the second for the independent dealer.
Our ability to collaborate on curriculum has added additional presentation and session offerings. We will be holding joint classes on Monday the 20th and Wednesday the 22nd, where we will tackle shared “hot-button” compliance issues like evolving expectations with Safeguards and the Vehicle Selling Rule. Separate tracks dedicated to each industry will be on the 21st. Attendees are welcome to attend any classes held that day.
With a diverse range of participants, from franchise dealership owners to compliance officers, attorneys, agents, and training professionals, we offer presentations that are dynamic and interactive, fostering an environment of collaborative learning.
