Kaye (pronounced “Kai”) Lynch-Sparks is an attorney who is passionate about helping businesses prevent, find, and fix problems. As the Associate Director of Legal and Regulatory Affairs at the National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA), she educates NADA members on compliance and represents NADA members before federal executive branch agencies in the issue areas of finance and credit, consumer protection, labor and employment, and the environment. She frequently speaks with dealerships, state and national associations, and other industry groups regarding noteworthy and pressing compliance issues.

Mrs. Lynch-Sparks came to NADA in 2018 following 5 years as a regulatory attorney and consultant in Washington, D.C., where she worked with a wide variety of federal agencies to develop and implement regulations. Mrs. Lynch-Sparks is an attorney barred in Virginia and earned her Juris Doctorate from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law.
